We commit to preparing your package within  48 to 72 hours following your order.

Deliveries are free for orders over 70 euros for France and 250 euros for Europe.

Otherwise, the cost is calculated based on the weight of your order.

For the preparation of your orders, we make maximum use of packaging, wedging, cardboard,

that we keep from our own deliveries.

So don't be surprised if these seem to have already been used, it is indeed the case ;-)!

 

Packages are then sent by Colissimo with tracking.

You can return your package to us within 14 working days of receiving your order.

The shipping costs for the return will be at your expense. Items must be returned new in their original packaging.  

Refunds will be made within 15 days of receipt of the items by Maison Aime.

To be accepted, any return must be notified to us beforehand at hello@maison-aime.fr.
